Detailed Job Description – Max Life Insurance
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Program Manage comprehensive & integrated capability building journey for all roles
- Collaborate with L&D and MDP Teams to execute the people agenda for Agency
- Engage with implementation team closely for idea generation & providing direction
- Proactively highlight challenges/roadblocks and mitigate all risks to HR Head Agency & respective stakeholders
- Manage all Change agenda for the agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate Content Development : Integrate Business Perspective, MDP & L&D inputs & ensure continuity of established best practices while deploying solutions
- Assist in getting timely sign offs on content by relevant stakeholders
- Ensure calendarization of capability programs for 12 months and alignment with all stakeholders & Business Events
- Communication : 1. Proactively manage communication to keep all business stakeholders – HO/Field informed on program roll out . 2.Proactively escalate issues and their timely resolution 3. Tracking and reporting progress on a periodic basis
- Integrate program objectives / outcomes with regular business reviews – Setting up of review mechanism, reporting structure, risk management, facilitate regular and periodic reviews with Program Leaders & Steering Committee
- Administration : 1. Plan and organize all logistics requirements for timely execution of programs as per the plan : Venue, Travel, Collaterals, Resources 2. Designing & Executing process for reporting progress on overall project metrics including preparation and circulation of periodic Project Status Reports (including risks and issues)
- Collaborate with HR / L&D CoE / Business to build & drive Change agenda
- Manage all content reviews, change management process with version controls
- Ensure the schedule adherence of these reviews & tracking of meeting outcomes to closure
- Track the various themes and proactively inform Program Managers & Steering Committee of any potential slippages, hurdles and concerns, with key focus on:
- Project planning and definition
- Tracking project schedules
- Tracking interdependencies across projects
- Review / inspect projects for adherence
