Qualification : –
Any Graduate
Proven pitching skills, strong communication presentation skills
– Strong analytical skills clarity in thinking
– Handled a team of at least 5 – 10 people

Job Description : –
Acquisition of new Retail outlets through Channel partners in the assigned territory with emphasis on creating new footprint.
– Manage the business relationship with the Distribution network
– Develop the strategy to appoint Retailers of specific profiles
– To provide feedback to the Senior Management on all the activities of self, team and seek advice for continuous improvement.
– Maintain market intelligence on competitor activity and inform Management about any gaps in our product offering
– Experience in Channel Management
-Define, Implement and Track the Market Norms, across the various products and channels
– Define, Implement and Track Productivity KPIs across the Sales team.
– Define, Implement, and Track processes for all new product launches.
