Branch Credit Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
Appraise /recommend / approve proposals as per the delegation of authority.
Monitor credit decisions by the team
Develop & motivate the credit team.
Review delinquent cases and document learnings / portfolio reviews for risk management
Conduct process audits
Recommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / competitor feedback.
Establish and monitor vendors; maintain a pipeline for growth / attrition.
Implement system integration plans.
Assist the Risk Management Group in research and analysis on industries/clients/markets. Competencies:
In depth knowledge of regional market.
Networking with peers in competition & retail customers preferred.
Technical and professional know-how esp experience in working capital lending.
Service focused.

Desired Candidate Profile
Need to handle retail and strategic deal for commercial vehicle product
Conducting personal visits pre approval/ TVR
Understanding of Financial reports
Analyzing credit worthiness of client and appraising the deal as per policy parameters
Portfolio management, collection visits on ID & ED cases
Ensuring compliance.

Person should be from the same domain only with relevant experience.
Should be Graduate.
Candidates must have experience in Auto loans.
Should have a proven track record of growth
Good grasping over collections should be there.
Preference to locals.
