Job Description:
1) Manage branch, corporate administration & housekeeping facilities.
2) Ensure timely payment of rents, internet connection etc. of branches & corporate office
3) Preparation & renewal of rental agreements on the stipulated time line.
4) Maintain all post acquisition functions including detailed information of al rental / property agreements.
5) To coordinate with regional/zonal team of accounts to ensure preparation of delivery of documents are relevant payment release including rental.
6) To make monthly rental confirmation from local team and giving consolidated input to payment team for rental payment.
7) Keep detailed MIS of all payment related data.
8) Coordinating with accounts team and ensuring completion of required correspondence while giving payment requests.
9) Other admin related activities
