Essentials:-
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience of Micro Finance is must.
• Travelling to different states for recruitment drive is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Confident, Creative candidates with great potential is required.
• Should be able to do Need Analysis and propose the vacancy as per allotted budget and optimum utilization.
• Responsible for managing end – to –end recruitment process for Multistate (Delhi/NCR, Rajasthan, UP, MP, Haryana, Uttrakhand, Punjab).
• Shortlisting & sourcing candidates through different mode of hiring.
• Respond to and manage job queries.
• Recommend improvements to the recruitment strategy.
• Redressal on the employees concern on joining.
• Reporting & Coordination with HR Manager- Head Office.
• Knowledge about compliances will be added advantage.
