Role & Responsibilities: Tata Projects
1. Responsible for project mobilization & establishment.
2. Various License renewal, filing returns under different applicable acts.
3. Payment of wages on time and as per minimum wages act.
4. ISO & external audit, workman camp, closure of NC
5. Recruitment, On boarding & employee engagement
6. Managing statutory compliances and timely update in MIS.
7. Liaison with all the respective stakeholders, on time processing of Vendor invoices.
8. Managing site administration in stipulated control budget.
9. Grievance handling of project site base employees
Compensation: 15-20 Lac per annum
