HDB Financial Services is looking for Branch Manager @ Udaipur & Sumerpur Location

Products- Mortgage, LAP, BL, Gold Loan and PL
Age – Max 39 years
Experience- 7-8 Years experience, with atleast 4 years in Retail Assets
Job Role:
1-Profitability Management – Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch
2-Target setting & management – Monitoring branch targets in numbers & volumes
3-Portfolio quality management – through superior underwriting, working closely with collections
4-Cost management – managing all branch operating costs including cost of acquisition, operations etc
5-People management – Motivating team, handling HR & administration function of the branch
6-Customer experience management – Ensuring superior customer experience and handling customer service in terms of collections, pre closures & service issues.
7- Ensure sales volumes for multiple products, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds.
8- Manage and mentor the team and keep attrition of branch staff low.
9- Conduct regular meeting with branch staff .
