Mandatory Experience required in Affordable Home Loans/Mortgage Loans.
Experience: 3-8 Years
Compensation: 4-6 LPA
Job Description:
To execute the business objectives for the area in line with the Affordable Loans segment objectives of book size, profitability, portfolio management, etc.
To deliver on the area strategy in terms of target segments, strengthening existing relationships and setting business objectives and operational plans for the area organization.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
To develop and manage the Branch team and focus towards achieving business results.
