Chaitanya India is expanding its operations in the North and looking out for the Divisional/ Regional Manager in UP (west) & MP.

Role Overview: Divisional manager, has to be a seasoned MFI professional responsible for setting up new branches and will be responsible for P&L management. He will be taking care of 25-30 branches.

Requirements: MFI experience of 7-11 yrs at least 3 years in same state
Have handled large team (150-200 team members)
Should have good knowledge on MFI process and policy
Graduation or MBA (preferred)

Role Overview: Regional manager, has to be a MFI professional and should have good knowledge of local market dynamics. He will be handelling 5-6 branches.

Requirements: MFI experience of 5-8 yrs at least 2 years in same state
Have handled multiple branches (40-50 team members)
Should have good knowledge on MFI process and policy
Graduation or MBA (preferred)
