Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is looking for Manager/Sr. Manager –
Concurrent Auditor at mid management level for auditing retail asset products like Home Loans, LAP, Business Loans (term loan and CC/OD), Auto Loans and Commercial Vehicle Loans
Position is based at Varanasi

Key responsibilities–

Conducting audit of retail asset assets products with special emphasis on credit appraisal
Performing Root Cause Analysis and highlighting process gaps to minimize risks and provide improvement/ suggestions to existing processes
Ensure completion of assigned audits and documentation of work papers on time.
Track status of issued reported
Escalating long pending open items for timely resolution of audit findings
Preparing Draft and Final Audit Reports.
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting , Economics or a related field.

Post -Graduation/MBA/ M.Com is desirable

Experience

Banking experience of 7-10 years

Experience is auditing/Credit Underwriting/Operations of retails asset product is must
