Urgent Opening for Asst. Manager – Recruitment with Shubham Housing Finance
Locations – Ahmedabad/Jaipur, Nagpur/Aurangabad, Pune/Mumbai &Lucknow
Experience – Minimum 1 year of Bulk Hiring experience preferably in NBFC/HFC
Job Role –
1. End to end recruitment
2. Sourcing, Screening & shortlisting of profiles (from various job portals & other sources)
3. Vendor Management
4. Stakeholder Management 5. Effectively achieve assigned recruitment targets 6. Co-ordination with the candidate and HR Support/Partner for proper documentation
7. Maintain various tracker relevant to the profile.
8. Maintain MIS pertains to manpower numbers and expenses
9. Negotiation & preparation of salary fitment
10. Offer letter generation
