Job Description -:

Managing a team of business managers who in turn will have sales executives /sales managers reporting to business managers.
Team Building and Channel Development
Achievement of business plan
Portfolio management in coordination with OPS & Collection
Random Asset Verification of the cases under processing
Taking care of Used and New Car loans business all across the assigned territory
Regular review meetings with team below & above
Ensure business quality.
Resolution of PDD ( if any )
Strong check on the ED & NS cases
Repo stock disposal
People development by coaching and grooming them.

Required Candidate profile-:

Person should be from the same domain only with relevant experience.
Candidates with experience in used car & new car loan shall be given due preference
Should have a proven track record of growth
Good grasping over collections should be there.

Locals will be preferable.
