UNIT MANAGER Vacancy for Rajasthan & Gujarat
Job Description – (He will be the leader of particular Unit – Handling More than 3 Branches)
• Responsible for planning to meet the microfinance business potential of the Unit.
• In charge of formulating the business plan of the unit and the entire responsibility for delivering on the business plan.
• He will be the owner of the field process in the unit and should ensure proper monitoring and control to manage business risk.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Experience: 3-6 years( MFI – JLG)
• Industry: MFI (Micro Finance Industry)
