Experience : Min 5 years of experience preferably in TASC / Government or Institutional Banking

Job Description:
1. Acquire Key TASC Customers of the market with the help of Area Head/Regional Heads and with the help of Branch Head of the respective branch.
2. Develop and nurture trust relationship with a portfolio of major client.
3. Exhibits proper understanding of institutional sales with thrust on TASC products with CMS and digital solution.
4.Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customer in a timely and compliant manner.
5. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
6. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain the trust.
7. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholder using key account metrics.

Regional Sales Manager-Vehicle Finance

Qualification & Experience:

• Drives Vehicle Finance business in their respective Area consisting of minimum 5 clusters. Will be handling 2-3 states. Is responsible for overall growth and success of the VF business & cross sellof TPP liabilities in given clusters.
• Builds efficient team of Relationship officers and cluster Managers in the Area assigned
• Oversees the performance of the VF portfolio of his/her region by area and branch in terms of growth (amount and client base) and productivity of cluster,
• Overall responsible for the control and recovery of loans in his/her region, risk assessment and recovery strategies. Needs to focus as much in collection of cases of entire portfolio.
•  In coordination with the branch, credit. Risk, collection & product teams, identifies suitable branches and locations for VF business loan and gets the locations activated,
•  Works closely with product and marketing team to drive suitable branding and marketing activities in his/her respective cluster.
• 5 years in sales and documentation of loans of which at least 2 years in Vehicle Finance loans or loan against property in an NBFC/Bank/HFC/ CA firms/ Outsourcing Agencies
