1. Launching and driving the project/Product to do GL loan through alternate channels
• Virtual Relationship Manager Project Enhancement, Work On paperless loan, Work on e-sign loan, Loan on Phone, Loans through ATM, Loan through Mobile banking applications, Lending through other digital mediums etc.
2. Manage Trucelll software and collection initiatives related to Alternate channels
3. Manage Market research and competition analysis
4. Work closely with Credit and Collections teams for maintaining a healthy portfolio source through alternate channels.
5. Drive business / collection and other activities through designing and running Variable Pay and R&R programs through alternate channel
