• Hiring, training, and preparing call centre executives to respond to customer query, requests, and complaints .
• Ensuring executives understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards and policies .
• Understanding operational issues and suggesting possible improvements .
• Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, provide coaching and corrective action if necessary .
• Follow up with various departments for unresolved customer complaints .
• Preparing reports and analysing data to assist management .
