Job description
1. Generate leads for his team using bank resources, individual contacts & tele-calling & branch walk-in customers.
2. Help provide regular training to team members on sales strategy to help convince customers to open current account.
3. Ensure quality customer service is delivered at all points of time.
4. Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow ups.
5. Ensuring the team meets the defined monthly target along with individual targets for satisfactory performance by helping the team in calling and visiting potential customers.
6. Direct operational activities on a day-to-day basis

Key Responsibility Area (KRA)s:-
The individual will be responsible for team’s performance on sourcing of current accounts for the bank.
1. Provide training to the ROs with the help of bank.
2. Source high value current accounts of retailers, traders, MSME companies etc.
3. Achieve sales targets.
4. Guide BDEs and introduce clients to them.
5. Maintain stability in smooth functioning of the activities in branch.
6. Maintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queries.
7. Responsible for smooth transitioning of the customer relationship to the branch between 3-6 months of account sourcing.

Eligibility:-
1. Age: 22-35 years
2. Minimum graduate qualification required.
3. 2+ years of experience in banking sales (liability sales preferably)
4. Experience of working with large private sector banks will be preferred.

Locations:- Panchkula, Mohali, Chandigarh, Patiala, Bathinda, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jalandhar, Karnal, Panipat, Rohtak, Rewari, Hisar, Shimla, Jammu, Solan, Srinagar, Mandi, Leh.

Job description:-
1. Ensure quality new acquisition on CA accounts through bank leads, referrals and cold calls in the catchment area.
2. Ensure quality customer service is delivered. .
3. Meet productivity norms defined through support of channels and own efforts.
4. Lead generation of customers and closure by tele calling, e-mailing and direct mailing, visiting customer and tapping walk-ins wherever possible.
5. Generating leads for other products and passing the same to the branch for follow ups.

Key Responsibility Area (KRA)s:-
The individual will be responsible for sourcing of current accounts for the bank. This includes:
1. Finding potential customers
2. Establishing contact with potential customer
3. Setting up meetings at customer premises
4. Understanding requirements and offering relevant banking product to the customer
5. Document collection from customer
6. Servicing the customer post opening the account (includes offering of digital banking products like CINB & Anywhere) & transitioning the relationship to the branch (CA Mitra)
7. Passing on the lead to the branch for relevant requirement of customer
Eligibility:-
1). Age: 20-30 years
2). Minimum graduate qualification required.
3). 0-3 years of experience in sales. Fresher candidate with inclination towards retail banking sales are encouraged to apply.
