Hiring Sales Manager CASA (Team Handling Role) at Bharuch and Ankleshwar Locations.
Job Brief:
– Responsible for Generation of Revenue by Sale of CASA & TPP (viz. Insurance, MF, Online Trading, NR, Demat A/c etc.) through the Sales Channel.
– Managing a Large Sales Channel Team comprising of AM’s and DM’S.
– Responsible for Achieving the Value, Volume and Channel Productivity Metrics for the Allotted Branches.
– Mentor, Recruit and Develop Sales Team.
Job Req:
> Minimum Work Experience of 3-4 Years, with Team Handling Experience of at least 1+ Yr.
> Good Command Over Written & Oral Communication Skills.
> Experience in Banking Preferred (Knowledge of Liabilities / TPP Req.)
