• Coverage of clients with revenues up to Rs. 2000 Crs .
• New Client Acquisition & strengthening the existing relationships .
• Initiate, manage client engagement & build relationship with CFO/Promoter .
• Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAS .
• Mentoring Assistant Relationship Managers & Analyst .
• Franchise & Brand building activities .
• Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with the other parts of the bank
• Cross Sell .
