Key Skills:- Expert in Excel, LMS, LOS (Finpage and others)
Responsibilities:-
1 Invoice Process related to IT Vendor.
2 Expertise in LMS/ LOS
3 Procurement process related to IT.
4 Audit & Compliance for related to IT Domain.
5 Due diligence of IT system with different funder.
6 Vendor Management like (Vexil–LMS/LOS-IMS), Twinline–(LMS/LOS-Finpage), HROne (Helpdesk & IT Assets Module)
7 bureau (CRIF & Equifax ), Cloud server’s, Go Daddy(Mail Management),
8 MIS as per management requirement
9 Report customization under LMS as per management required.
10 Team handling
11 Raise the tickets & get it resolved related to LMS/ LOS
12 Day to day work monitoring of the IT ops
