Job Responsibilities
· Managing Operations pertaining to Branch offices for Loan Management, servicing and coordinating with the branch staff.
· Branch grievance resolution (related to business operations)
· Communicating with upper management to resolve branch office and operations related issues (can be process, MIS, credit or customer related)
· Training to team members and guide as and when new processes are rolled out
· Preparing a training module with HR for the new/current field staff
Qualification & Skills
· Bachelor’s Degree (Any)
· Minimum 3 years of work experience
· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Advance Excel
· Good computer skills
· Good Hindi & English skills
· Basic Mathematics
Salary: 20-25k per month CTC
