Job Role – Sales Manager (Credit card- Open Market)
The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:
• Drive credit cards sales through team in open market & Point of Sales
• Manage end to end process – sourcing to dispatching of cards, coordination with credit & ops team
• Coordinate with various internal stake holders for issuance to credit cards
• Responsible for Corporate tie ups and other business development activities
• Job Requirements Lead business for the location Manage a team of 30-40 sales executives; also responsible for hiring and building team, managing the overall productivity for the team
Eligibility
• MBA candidate With minimum 4 to 5 Year of experience in big team size handling Candidates with prior experience in open market & direct sales in credit card business are preferred.
