JD:Ujjivan Small finance bank
· Any Graduate. PGDM/ MBA preferred
· Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills – local hire
· Minimum of 5-7 years of in-depth experience in Micro Banking sales, branch banking operations and customer service with a reputed bank with proven track record in liabilities, third party products and assets sales across customer segments.
· Responsible for driving business targets for unsecured loans and conversion of existing borrowers for liabilities at the prime branch and associated branches
· Ensure exceptional customer service, proactive sales environment and efficient branch operations, while adhering to regulations/compliance requirements
· Focus on retaining existing customers, increasing the customer base and cross-selling Ujjivan’s products and services
· Oversee branch operations, cash management and service quality
· Responsible for working closely with product and marketing teams to drive campaigns in respective cluster
Monitor daily performance of branch staff
