Recruitment in Chaitanya India For Divisional Manager/ Regional Manager
Chaitanya India is expanding its operations in the west and looking out for the Divisional/ Regional Manager in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
Role Overview: Divisional manager, has to be a seasoned MFI professional responsible for setting up new branches and will be responsible for P&L management.
He will work with external-facing functions together with other members of the Senior Leadership Team. He will be proposing and coordinating agreed strategies for the development of the company, in order to ensure that the organization is positioned as the leading MFI in the state.
Requirements: MFI experience of 7-11 yrs in Gujrat / Rajasthan
Have handled large team (150-200 team members)
Should have good knowledge on MFI process and policy
Graduation or MBA (preferred)
