Ø MBA – HR Knowledge of various HR functions with min 1 year of experience Recruitment/Training/Compensation/organizational planning and development.
Ø Fluency in English,Hindi and Telgu language.

Role and Responsibilities -Vaya finserv pvt ltd joba

Ø Recruitment and onboarding : Sourcing of candidates by using various job portals and other sources
Ø Verifying joining documents and ensuring smooth on-boarding process
Ø Preparing and Maintaining offer, appointment, experience and relieving letters
Ø To maintain all the employee documents at HO level
Ø To manage complete HRMS system, coordination with the support team for technical issues
Ø To handle complete HR Life Cycle for HO employees
Ø  To plan and execute employee engagement activities at HO
Ø To prepare MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Ø Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth exit process
