Roles and Responsibilities
·Hiring and mentoring a team of motivated 8-10 BDM-EC across assigned command area of branches
· Monitoring daily sales calls to ensure acquisition process is followed including market coverage
· Identifying business potential areas in assigned geographies and using enablers to guide team to success in converting same
·Acquiring current accounts and activating clients on transactions, thereby responsible for current account float delivery against assigned targets
·Identifying leads for acquisition of potential customers for Trade & Forex and assets products thus generating fee based revenue.
·Imparting & refreshing product knowledge to team members; ensure complete updated product awareness within the team.
·Lead generations for cross sales of Asset viz business banking, loan against property, credit card and business loan.
·Low team attrition

· Strong sales orientation and customer focus
· Knowledge of the Indian Banking Practices
· Customer centric approach
· Knowledge on handling trade transactions will be an added advantage
