Branch Manager job opening In Jana bank

Role – Branch Manager

Location – Ambala, Karnal, Rampura, Rajpura & Kapurthala.

Grade – Sr. Manager/AVP

CTC – Negotiable ( depending on current ctc & experience )

Reporting would be to Regional Head – Liabilities.

Branch Manager Responsibilities  At Jana bank :-

1) Incumbent would be leading the retail liabilities business in branch alongwith a team of BDE’s.

2) Ensuring full adherence to compliance & process.

3) Successfully carrying out activities to boost business no.’s.

Branch Manager Requirement in jana small bank:-

a) Prior exp as a Branch Manager in retail liabilities is a must.
b) must have handled a team.
c) successfully contributed towards revenue generation by achieving business no.’s.
d) Good understanding of local market potential.
