Job Role & Responsibilities -Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Job opening

• Candidate should have a good understanding of MSME & HL underwriting practices.
• Review and monitor loan sanctioned by a particular zone, and keen inspection of disbursed cases The candidate is expected to undertake field visits and interact with various stakeholders; on a random basis, to identify any deviation or untoward practices
• The candidate should be able to go through the documentation desired for competition of Not clear files; both pre and post disbursement
• Verify the authenticity of claims made by various stakeholders through discrete reference checks; initiated by self
• Preparing and presenting MIS to senior management
• Preparing and reporting local market practice notes through constant interaction with peers within the industry
• Able to grasp the competitive strengths and adopt industry best practices

Skill & Competencies -Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Recruitment 2022 Notification

• Ability to handle the team having thorough knowledge of the MSME/HL underwriting policy & KYC documents
• Open to travel
• Min 5 years of experience in the credit appraisal profile with NBFC or Banks, and for products such as MSME, LAP, HL & Business Loans.
