Location – Indiranagar , Bangalore

Exp – must be experienced in Affordable Home Loan segment and in NBFC who works at higher rates .
Business expected – 1.5 to 2 crores
Team – should be able to recruit 10 field executives or should come with a team.
Joining – As soon as possible .

No of open positions – 3

Role – should be able to source files by himself along with a team. Strong candidate for BM who can be groomed to future Area Business Manager . In a span of 1 year .

1. Home Loan – self construction, purchase , P+C , purchase refinance, home improvement. ROI for Home loan – 12% for salaried and 12.5 % onwards for self employed
2. LAP – Residential, semi and small scale commercial properties- both SORP and non SORP properties. ROI – 14% for both salaried and self employed . ROI increases with profile and property risk
3. Multi dwelling units – upto 12 units – will not do pg properties
4. Khata – A , B – converted and non converted , E khata
5. Will do funding for builder flats too against registration. Will do flats with kitchen deviation based on plan. Will not do pent house
6. Will NoT do Pent House.
7. Will do contractor profiles too based on the cash flow and other merits
8. Will add back 50% of cash rental to main income.
9. 20% of cash salary can be added back to main income .
10. Will do brother combination
11. Will do sheet house LAP within bbmp limits – ROI – 18-20%
12. Will do hakku patra properties – lease period to be completed and one deed to be executed .
13. Will do all business profiles where there is continuous cash flows post COVID except tours and travels.
14. Will NOT do manual 9/11 properties.
