Job Responsibilities:- Sales Managers jobs
– Acquire customers by selling STSL towards meeting top line targets
– Identify business growth opportunities
– Disbursal & MIS Timely disbursement of the loans to customers with proper documentation
– Gather market intelligence towards evolving competitive business strategy, policies & processes
– Maintain quality of portfolio to minimise NPAs
– Profitability- Implement measures to ensure profitability
– Process efficiency & operational effectiveness- Adhere to processes
– Proactively build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders for smooth cross functional coordination
– Focus on sales volume and value by right pricing, cross selling, processing fees
