JOB PROFILE :
• Acquiring new health agents on a regular basis. IRDAI licensing and tracking activisation of the same regularly.
• Maintaining relationship with the health insurance agents and customer.
• Coordinating with other department such as Under Writer, Claims & Operations.
• To meet agents, lead or reference providers, intermediaries, customer on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
• Training and motivating the health insurance agents to qualify contest and bring increment in business.
• To do regular agent recruitment activity from its open market.
