Hiring for Assistant Divisional Manager – Microfinance Business
Location : Anywhere in West Bengal
Experience : 8 -12 Years
Preferred Sector : MFI/NBFC/Banking/Financial Institutions
Responsibilities :
1. Identification of the potential areas / districts for expansion of business in a region.
2. Access opportunities for geographic expansion of operational area and setting up of new branches
3. Ensure business growth and diversity of products in the region as per business plan
4. Analyse productivity, efficiency gaps of areas and branches and plug the same
5. Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the region to maintain high quality portfolio
6. Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training are adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process
7. Assisting RM in formulating the strategies regarding portfolio and risk management in the region
8. Ensures rules and norms of the company are adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth in the region
9. Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance with the operational policy and procedure in the region.
10. Review Branch MIS data to ensure accuracy.
11. Closing the audit actions in the Regional level .
12. Provide guidance and training to the existing staff (CRO,ABM, BM & AM)
13. Provide feedback to the staff to improve performance
