Internal Audit Job Profile in Fusion Microfinance Ltd :
Regional Manager- Internal Audit would be responsible to supervise all aspects of Internal audit activities including audit planning, control evaluation, reporting, documentation, and verification along with issue closure. She/He will be directly monitoring/controlling team comprising of Audit officers/Area Managers and Divisional Managers for assigning and delegation of audit work. She/He would review their work to ensure that all work is completed as per laid down standards in the stipulated time frame.
Audit officer /Sr Audit officer – Internal Audit would look after IA functioning of assigned 4 branches / 1 cluster. He / She would be responsible for branch and field Audit and report to Area Manager – IA.
Educational Qualifications for Fusion Microfinance Ltd Jobs:
Minimum bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is preferable. Any other certification would be an added advantage.
Required Job experience For Internal – Audit Fusion Microfinance Ltd :
Regional Manager – Minimum 8-10 years of internal audit /risk/credit experience, ideally with exposure to financial services and banking sector preferably MFI Sector with prior team handling experience (a must requirement).
Audit officer / Sr Audit officer – Freshers can be considered for Audit officer profile. For Sr AO a minimum work experience of 2 year is required. Bike and DL is a must requirement.
