Role Expectations
Responsible for driving the strategy to build business from various channels.
Responsible for monitoring cost of acquisition & revenues.
Setting up processes to maintain high standard of customer satisfaction.
Designing campaigns for incremental monthly disbursement through various activities.
Monitor productivity and efficiency of Sales team.
Designing training programs on ongoing basis to update Product and program changes to sales team.
