Job Role: Head – Investor Relations
Roles and responsibilities:
· Design and own investor relations agenda for the bank
· Lead representation of the bank to external stakeholders, including investors, research analysts, rating agencies
· Prepare a compelling investor deck of the bank and update it regularly
· Peer benchmarking Design Data analysis and competitive intelligence
· Manage Investor Events from idea to execution
· Represent the investors to the bank with ongoing feedback
· Schedule, plan and participate in shareholder meetings and events
· Collect information and perform data analysis. Prepare reports, presentations, and financial models.
· Manage investor confidence in line with the bank’s vision for delivering shareholder value
