• Lead a team of Sales Officers
• Develop and manage Dealer & DSA network
• Leverage the existing customer base of the Bank
• Conduct promotional activities
• Maintain customer connections and ensure the quality of portfolios
• Extensive travelling requirements
Job Eligibility For ESAF Small Finance Bank :
• At least 3 years of experience in the Automobile Loans section
• Preferably an MBA graduate
• Excellent team-leading experience
