We at DCB Bank are looking to hire Cluster Sales Manager Micro Lap.
The CSM will handle a team of 3-5 SMs and 12-20 RMs. The target of CSM will be 5 Crs monthly disbursement and the sourcing has to be done from direct channel only.
Candidate having LAP and Secured business loan experience will be preferred.
Ticket Size of Micro Lap -Max 15 Lacs
Interest rate-15-16%
Locations – Guntur, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Pune and Lucknow
