HIRING COLLECTIONS MANAGER

Job Profile: Collections Manager

Location: Ranchi

Work Experience: 3-6 yrs.

Qualification: Graduate / PG

Specialized Competencies:
• To achieve collection targets assigned to the territory by meeting collection target assigned to individual
• Managing Field Collection agencies / tele- calling team to help improve resolution rates for pre-write-off accounts and money collection on write-off
• Ensure that the collection agencies and executives adhere to the legal guidelines provided by the law in force
• Undertake regular & timely agency reviews/tele-calling team reviews to help increase engagement levels and improving upon performance
• Continuously monitoring collection agencies to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities
• Control portfolio in terms of bucket flows. Handle customer issues escalation.
