We are hiring for Branch Sales Manager for Jaipur location.

Job Description:

Strategic Branch Sales Leadership : Lead and manage a branch team of loan officers or sales representatives focused on LAP products for MSME businesses. Develop and implement branch-specific LAP sales strategies aligned with area and national goals.
Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities within the assigned branch territory, exploring new MSME segments and partnerships.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local MSME and real estate sectors, including business associations, government agencies, and real estate professionals.

Sales Performance and Growth : Drive sales growth within the branch territory, consistently exceeding assigned targets for LAP products specifically targeted towards MSME businesses.
Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads, generating a strong and consistent LAP sales pipeline for the branch.
Develop and implement effective branch-level LAP sales tactics and messaging tailored to local MSME needs.
Conduct successful sales presentations and negotiate loan terms effectively to secure new MSME clients.
Manage and nurture existing customer relationships within the branch territory, promoting cross-selling opportunities and retaining business.
Team Coaching and Development :Coach and mentor branch loan officers to improve their LAP sales skills, product knowledge, and property valuation capabilities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to ensure individual and team success.
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture within the branch, focusing on exceeding targets and supporting one another. Operations Excellence and Compliance : Ensure efficient management of the LAP sales cycle within the branch, from lead generation to loan approval. Maintain accurate and complete customer records and sales data in the CRM system.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to LAP and MSME lending.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new branch-level LAP sales initiatives and processes.
Communication and Collaboration : Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. Collaborate with area and regional sales teams to share best practices and leverage synergies.
Present branch LAP sales reports and insights to upper management, justifying strategies and seeking resources.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in MSME Business. Experience in above 50 lakh ticket size.
