We are looking to hire experienced individuals for the below
mentioned roles.
Role – Branch Operations Manager
Location – Patiala & Ludhiana
Grade – Asst. Manager/Manager
CTC – Upto 6Lacs annually/-
Reporting would be to Regional Operations Lead.
Responsibilities:-
1) Incumbent would be leading the complete branch operations
of both Assets function & branch banking along with a team of Operations resources.
2) Ensuring full adherence to compliance & process.
3) Ensuring that process & compliance requirements are
being met regularly with zero tolerance towards deviation.
4) Driving business as mandated by the organisation through
Ops team.
Requirement:-
a) Prior exp. of 3+ years in branch Operations with a bank is
a must.
b) Must have handled a team.
c) Flair for successfully contributing towards revenue
generation by achieving business no.’s.
