Locations – Hyderabad (Kukatpally/ SR Nagar), Warangal, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam
Role & Responsibilities :Shubham Housing Development Finance Company
1. Assign & direct all work performed in branch & supervise all areas of operation
2. Foster positive environment & ensure customer satisfaction & proper branch operation
3. Monitor individual performance of each employee, continuously work to maximize productivity
4. Reduction of delinquent portfolio in assigned buckets esp. Fresh bounce cases
5. 0-12 MOB & even 13-24 MOB or more bounce cases collections with focus & efforts on 100% collections efficiency
6. Focus on digitization & support all initiatives related to sales & even other processes digitization
7. Cash management as per SHDFC policy with full integrity
8. Focus on overall performance by keeping branch balance score card in mind & ensure support & contribution for overall performance
9. Create new DSAs & manage existing relationships of DSAs/Lead Partners
10. Affordable housing builders / brokers tie-ups & manage relationship to generate quality home loan leads
11. Keep updating with latest SHDFC policy, product, pricing & process to ensure better results
12. Keep sharing competition details & feedback to seniors / HOD
13. Ensure to share true & accurate information about customer, property, seller etc. to ensure transparent practices
14. Lead management, WIP files tracking, Reject Review, SUD files tracking, Timely part disbursements or new disbursements, timely transaction & cheque release of customers & support for PDD collection
15. Resolve instrument not available cases within timelines
16. Work as per First Time Right (FTR) from Login to Disbursement for good customer service & best possible TAT
17. Developer Level tie-ups & promotions at developer sites
18. Executing Branding/Marketing activities in catchment area
19. Plan & Execute Marketing Activities in the region to increase brand visibility
20. Training of manpower for quality input
21. Direct all operational aspects including distributing operations, customer service, human resources, administration & sales
22. Assess local market conditions & identify current & prospective sales opportunities
23. Locate areas of improvement & propose corrective actions that meet challenges & leverage growth opportunities
24. Stay abreast of competing markets & provide reports on market movement & penetration
25. Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development & motivation

Experience – 3 –5 years in sales preferably in HL/LAP)
Qualification – Grad/PG
Age & Social Profile – 25 -35 years, Male/Female
