Hands on experience pertaining MS Office esp MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Word

1. Managing end to end Talent Acquisition process as well as ensuring seamless onboarding experience to candidates

2. Periodic Branch Visits to ensure Employee Connect.

3. Managing Employee Movements

4. Managing Performance Appraisal & Elevation process.

5. HR SPOC for end to end Employee Life Cycle Management

6. Effective management of employee data, trackers as well as building n maintaining critical MIS Similar Experience in Banking and NBFC company would be an added advantage.
