Branch Head Job Specification in Bandhan Bank Job :

1. A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a master’s degree in Management.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of work experience in branch banking in similar position, preferably with a private sector bank.
3. Leadership quality and team building skills .
4. Thorough knowledge of features and benefits of bank products and services .
5. Age limit is 40 years .
