Job Role/Title: Sr. Relationship Manager

Qualification: MBA or any other masters degree with Agri-Business Specialization
Experience: 2+ Years
Location: Punjab, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh.
Reports To (Role): RSH/CH
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for sourcing and building agribusiness lending (WC/TL etc.)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sourcing of new customers from Agri and Agri Allied segments (WC/TL/CBF
etc.)
· Onboarding of sourced accounts and Cross sell of other banking products
· Referral based activity by engaging with the existing and new customer base
· Achievement of allocated sourcing budget in terms of numbers and value
· Comply with the regulatory requirements for classifying the customer as per the
guidelines
· Activating transactions in the account and service the customer on a regular basis
· Portfolio Management
· Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank
KEY REQUIRMENTS:
· Able to source Working capital/Term Loan facilities to Agri Related Industries and Food Processing and Agro Processing Industries. Must have basic knowledge of working capital finance along with understanding of reading balance sheet and P&L.
Candidate with Knowledge of local area, strong networking and negotiationskill will have edge over others. Minimum desired experience of more than 2 years in similar business line is required.
