Looking for the suitable RMs (Sales Mangers) for Emerging Markets Business (Secured Lending- 5 Cr to 25 Cr loans) across India .

1.   Loan Against Property” Product Knowledge – Relevant Experience minimum 3 years in LAP
2.     Preferably High Value ticket size of loan amount (above 5 crore)
3.     Property Understanding – Legal aspects, Valuation of the property, Title clarification, etc.
4.     Complete understanding of Financials – Balance sheets and Profit & loss A/c
5.     Having experience in dealing with HNI clients – Good Communication Skill
6.     Having good DSA and Connector network to source the LAP from the market
7.     Preferable residing in same region / Location
