Qualification: B.Tech/Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 5-10 Years in Home Loan, Mortgage Loan  Preferably Affordable Home Loans

Job Description
▪︎ Sourcing/Recommending project for MF/APS
▪︎ Coordinating & Following up with the team of APS/MF.
▪︎ Vetting Project TSR & Recommending for approval.
▪︎Ensure compliance as per technical policy and process.
▪︎ Recommending Tecnical Agency for Appointment.
▪︎Recommending for updates in policy & process note with respect to the amendments in the government rules & regulation.
▪︎Vetting & Approval of reports submitted by the TM / Technical Agency.
▪︎ To monitor construction progress for under construction property.
▪︎Periodic circulation of Technical Visit MIS & MIS reports required from time to time.
▪︎Recommending for update in negative / caution area list.
▪︎Conducting cross functional training at respective location / branch.
▪︎Timely resolving audit queries.
▪︎Recommending exceptional / deviation cases to Corporate Office / Head – Technical.
