Brief Job Description –
– To understand clients business & provide appropriate working capital and business loan solutions.
– Deal across secured and unsecured lending such as Fund/ non-Fund based products like Cash Credit, Demand Loan, BG etc.
– Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition.
– To ensure smooth onboarding of the client and catering to client requirements.
– Coordinate with the internal teams, RMs or clients for completion of documentation relating to renewal/ modification/ enhancement or fresh disbursement.
– Generate leads from open market, existing client referrals, new referrals
Brief Job Requirements
1. Graduates – Freshers/Experienced with 1-2 years in sales (preferably banking/finance)
2. Good interpersonal and networking skills
3. Disciplined and effective time manager
4. Keen to learn and grow to next level
5. Confident in negotiating with customers and internal stakeholders
