Locations : Kolhapur and Ichalkaranji
Grade – Manager to AVP (depending upon the location and branch size)
Age – Not beyond 40 years
Experience – Banking experience of minimum 7-8 years with 2-3 years of team handling experience
Candidates with excellent track record in Banking and having a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Establishing the branch and the brand in the catchment area
-Responsible for branch book growth across all products , team hiring , team training , grooming , storefront profitability , staff productivity
– Responsible for timely and efficient customer service to all the bank customers , audit and day to day administration of the branch
