Jana bank is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the human resource function in UP & UK.
Role : Talent Acquisition Executive
Grade – Asst. Manager/Manager
Location – Lucknow
Ctc – 4-6 Lacs annually/-
Reporting would be to Zonal HR Head.
Responsibility :
a) Managing talent acquisition activities for the assigned vertical/region.
b) maintaining desired TAT towards vacancy closure.
c) keeping manpower achievement at 95%.
d) stakeholders management.
Requirement :
1) must have prior experience in Talent acquisition.
2) must have handled bulk hiring.
3) good understanding of naukri portal to source profiles.
Candidates who have handled bulk hiring in insurance hiring/banking/mfi would be given preference.
This role involves travelling so must be willing to travel across the assigned territory.
