We have following open positions in ER dept with UltraTech Cement, Jafrabad(Gujarat).
1. Manager – ER with exp of 10 to 15 years having MSW/MHRM qualification and handled CLM, statutory compliances, liasioning with Govt authorities, exposure to legal cases, have SAP environment exposure, should have good expertise in ER strategies.
2. Senior Officer – ER with exp of 5 to 8 years having MSW/MHRM qualification and well equipped for CLM activities, preparation of data for statutory compliances, have SAP environment exposure, good exposure in time office functions esp. in KRONOS software.
3. Officer – ER with exp of 1 to 2 years having MSW/MHRM qualification and handled time office functions and support to Manager – ER in carrying out welfare activities, have SAP environment exposure. Age must be less than 24 years as on 30.11.2021.
